一、R&D Exploratory Research Project Leader Location: Zhuhai

Overview:
The Exploratory Research Project Leader will be responsible for the scouting and evaluation of external knowledge and technologies, which have the potential to be developed further in new products or services that Kemin can offer to our customers. The Exploratory Research Project Leader also initiates and follows up new research projects with external competence centers. The purpose is to generate new innovation leads that will allow to grow the business in the area of livestock nutrition, health and safety (poultry, pigs and ruminant s).

Main Responsibilities:
1.Build an external network with academia and private companies;
2.Identify and attract external knowledge and technologies;
3.Evaluate the needs of customers which form the basis of innovation projects;
4.Align with all functions within our BU and across BUs on innovation targets and priorities;
5.Transfer projects post-feasibility to the Product Innovation Team;
6.Propose technology licensing opportunities and acquisition targets;
7.Follow up with all relevant scientific literature;
8.Publish scientific papers from joint research with external partners;

Requirements:
1.Oversea PHD degree,Animal Nutrition,Biochemistry, Microbiology major preferred;
2.Strong communication and analytical skills; 
3.Creative and conceptual thinking;
4.Understanding how innovation fits into business models;
5.Persuasion to move new innovation concepts through the organization; 
6.Proven scientific research track record;
7.Active team player, able to switch easily between different project teams; 
8.Active networking and willing to travel.


二、Marketing Manager (IH) (全国,优先考虑上海)

Overview:
The Marketing Manager leads and owns strategic marketing, new business development, branding, lifecycle management of designated product portfolios and/or animal species growth opportunities.This position will develop, implement and manage effective marketing and product plans as well as provide marketingsupport to customer programs and events for sales growth and profitability.

Main Responsibilities:
1.Lead marketing strategy for the assigned business segment(s) and product category.
2.Own and manage product portfolios as well as champion a specific animal segment, to work with cross-functional teams topromote, attract and create new business leads and projects.
3.Build and drive execution of business strategy and key product plan with well-integrated marketing plans and selling tools to support customer events and activities, in cooperation with digital marketing & communication, sales, technical service and R&D teams.
4.Develop product pricing strategy and programs with pricing and volume discount schedules to balance market share and profitability for optimized results.
5.Champion portfolio development, innovation and new product launch for the assigned product categories.
6.Own market intelligence for competitions and customer insights in designated segment.
7.Act as a go-to-person for global and regional alliances and communications across functions.

Requirements:
1.5~8 years of relevant experience in strategic marketing, product development or technical with a customer-oriented
mindset, focus on animal Intestinal Health portfolios.
2.Master or Doctor degree in animal science/ food science/ bio science is preferred.
3.University education or equivalent experience in veterinary medicine would be a plus.
4.Excellent interpersonal and communications skills are required.
5.Passion and drive to make a difference, immediate contribution and a sense of urgency.
6.Good analysis ability and skill with creating marketing concepts and solutions.
7.Experience in strategic planning or business intelligence analysis would be a plus.


三、销售部养殖线 蛋鸡预混料销售代表/主任(河南) 1人

职位要求:
1. 本科及以上学历, 动物营养或兽医相关专业;
2. 四年以上蛋鸡相关产品销售经验,有蛋鸡预混料销售经验者优先;
3. 有为客户提供饲养管理与疾病治疗能力者优先;
4. 具备良好的客情沟通及宣讲能力。
主要职责:
1. 结合市场需求及产品特性提供市场开发方案并落实,完成销售任务
2. 根据市场制定规划,开发代理商及核心标杆客户,并组织区域客户会议;
3. 为规模蛋鸡场提供基本的动物营养、饲养管理等方面的技术咨询和服务;
4. 组建销售渠道,举办技术推广会等活动。
