研究表明,90%的口臭源于口腔,而这种难闻的气味很大一部分来源于厌氧菌将含硫氨基酸降解,从而生成散发恶臭的挥发性硫化合物(VSCs)。当XCS-11™遇到口腔中细菌产生的酸时,会转化为活性更强的二氧化氯,将硫化合物氧化成无味的非气态硫酸盐。[1]
